After a Spring rain in Montana, earthworms can be seen above ground in abundance which is a very lovely sight...especially for children who love to play with them. This photograph represents the feeling I had as a child of that natural wonder of nature.

This image to me could easily depict the wonders of a tide-pool, so full of varied sea life. I can envision fish, snails, sea urchins, and octopi, not to mention all the plant life in one single, solitary tide pool. Amazing photo.

This photo could depict the incredible image of a ruptured heart against the background of what looks to be a flawlessly beautiful day. It is like life itself, with so much intense suffering in the midst of the astounding beauty of nature. What a direct contrast we witness every single day.

* This photo reminds me of a combination of Van Gogh's Starry Night and the underground workings of an ant farm combined. This particular one also has my favorite colors compared to the rest of this particular scene.

* This photo reminds me of a forest fire because it appears hazy like fog or smoke, however; smoke always cause the moon to appear this color of red, so it's more reminiscent of smoke, rather than fog.
